Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Depending on the stage of processing your application, different refund rules apply:
Full Refund (100%) – You are entitled to a full refund of the service fee only if your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant government authorities. In this case, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%) – If your application has already been submitted to the government authorities but is still pending (not yet processed or approved), you may cancel your order and receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained to cover the work already performed on your behalf.
No Refund (0%) – Once your application has been approved by the government authorities and the final document or confirmation has been delivered to you, no refund will be issued. At this point, our service has been fully completed and cannot be reversed.
Additionally, if the government has already begun processing your submitted application (even if it has not yet been approved at the time of your refund request), the service is considered to have been substantially performed and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide the following information:
Your full name (as used in the application)
The email address associated with your order
The order or transaction number (if provided in your confirmation email)
The reason for cancellation or refund request (optional, but helpful)

Our team will confirm the status of your application and inform you of your refund eligibility according to the rules outlined in Section 1 above.
3. Processing of Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. For security reasons, we generally cannot issue refunds to a different account.
Timeframe: Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. Please note that once processed on our end, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account (this period varies depending on the institution).
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If, after 14 days from receiving this confirmation, the refund still has not appeared in your account, please contact your bank or card company first, and then reach out to us if you need further assistance.
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
User Error / Incorrect Information: No refund will be issued if your application is rejected by government authorities due to mistakes, missing information, or false data provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to us is accurate and truthful. Our fee covers the preparation and submission service, which is considered rendered even if the outcome is a rejection caused by user error.
Multiple Applications: If you have submitted multiple applications and wish to cancel some of them, refund eligibility will be determined separately for each one, depending on whether it has already been submitted or processed.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us for a legitimate refund request may be considered fraudulent. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first, as we are committed to fair and transparent refund practices.
Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact us through our official support channels and allow reasonable time for resolution. Abuse of the chargeback process (e.g., failing to contact us beforehand) may result in suspension or termination of services and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Compliance with Consumer Law
Our refund policy is compliant with consumer protection laws applicable within the European Union and Ireland. We aim to balance consumer rights with the nature of our digital service.
Under EU distance contract regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of purchase. However, by purchasing our service, you agree and consent to the immediate commencement of service performance.
Because our service is often fully completed (application prepared, submitted, and the result delivered via email) before the 14-day withdrawal period elapses, the law provides an exception to the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with your consent.
In simple terms:
If you cancel before we start or just after we begin (and the application has not yet been submitted), you are entitled to a refund – see Section 1 above.
If you cancel after the service is completed (i.e., after submission or approval), you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, and the No Refund policy applies, as the purchased service has been fully performed.
We believe this approach is fair, as it allows flexibility for early cancellations while recognizing that once the work is completed and the official process begins, it cannot be undone. This policy aligns with EU directives on digital content and services.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time, especially if laws change or our business practices evolve. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the document reflects the latest revision.
Any changes take effect immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after updates have been posted signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
